- First call
- Free. I look at the account before we speak and bring two or three observations. We also write down the objective and the numbers we will judge the work on, together. Nothing starts without that.
- The diagnostic
- Delivered in 10 working days: account structure, conversion tracking, budget allocation, search terms and auction insights, a written report with priorities, and a 60-minute strategy call. 1,000 EUR under 10,000 EUR of monthly spend. 1,500 EUR from 10,000 to 30,000, which adds Microsoft Ads, a Shopping and Performance Max deep dive and a landing page review. 2,000 to 2,500 EUR above 30,000, which adds the measurement audit and a 90-day roadmap.
- Monthly fee, 5,000 to 15,000 of spend
- 1,200 EUR a month plus 5% of the spend I manage. Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, search terms and negatives, Shopping and Performance Max, bidding, tracking watched, a monthly report with commentary and a monthly call. Answers within 24 to 48 hours.
- Monthly fee, 15,000 to 30,000
- 2,000 EUR a month plus 5%. Everything above, plus a call and a report every two weeks with a dashboard, a monthly auction analysis, ad hoc requests and landing page feedback. Answers within 24 hours.
- Monthly fee, above 30,000
- 3,000 EUR a month plus 4%. Everything above, plus weekly reporting on a live dashboard, a quarterly business review, remarketing and audience strategy, and advice beyond the account itself. Answers the same day.
- The first contract, 45 days
- A fixed price, 60% of one month of your tier: 720 EUR at Tier 1, 1,200 EUR at Tier 2, 1,800 EUR at Tier 3. No share of spend during those 45 days. Work starts on day one, the before-and-after lands at day 35, and you decide between day 35 and day 45.
- Then
- The tier above, 12 months, 30 days’ notice. No hourly billing, no guarantee: the fixed price of the first 45 days is the risk you do not take.
- Time on your account
- Fourteen hours in month one, where the account is read, the basis pinned and the first changes shipped. Eight hours a month from month two, once the labels exist.
- Currency
- Prices are in euros. In the United States and in the United Kingdom and Ireland, the same grid is billed in dollars or pounds, converted at the day’s rate.
- Setup
- For a brand with no Google Ads, or an account that needs rebuilding: from 2,000 EUR, priced on scope. Taking over an existing account or building one from nothing, tracking to install or not, a product feed to create or not.
Why it is priced this way
The fixed part pays for the time an account takes whatever its size. The share of the budget means my fee only grows when your account does, and it drops to 4% above 30,000 so a large budget is not charged twice for the same work. At 20,000 EUR of monthly spend, that is 2,000 plus 1,000, so 3,000 a month against a budget of 20,000.
The diagnostic is paid because it is ten days of real work on your account, and the report is yours whether or not we go further. The first contract is fixed and short so that you decide on a before-and-after instead of on a promise made in a first call.
Questions people ask first
What happens at the end of the 45 days?
At day 35 you get a report comparing the account before and after, on the basis pinned in week one, with the data behind it. You have until day 45 to decide. If you stop, you keep the fixes and the written list of what is left.
What access do you need?
Read access to Google Ads and Merchant Center to start, plus GA4 if you use it. Edit access when we get to the first change list. Nothing changes in a live account without your explicit go-ahead, and every change arrives written down with a reason.
Why is the conversion basis worth a whole week?
Because bidding optimises toward whatever you told it to count. When a custom goal mixes gross profit and order value, Smart Bidding chases a number that means two things at once, and so does every report built on it. Pinning the basis is what makes the day-35 report worth reading.
